DBE status — the 2025 USDOT rule, stated plainly

Globe Electric Supply holds Texas DBE certification and continues to hold it. The USDOT Interim Final Rule (49 CFR Parts 23 & 26, effective 3 October 2025) required a nationwide reevaluation of existing DBE certifications. That rule suspended counting DBE participation toward federal contract goals while reevaluation is incomplete — it did not revoke any certification. The same is true of every Texas DBE; the TUCP reevaluation is still in progress and must conclude by 24 December 2026.

Practical effect for a contracting officer: Globe's certification remains in force. Counting toward a federal goal should be confirmed with the TUCP at the time of award. Certification evidence is available on request.

Not claimed

Globe does not hold SDVOSB, ISO certification, or SCTRCA certification. Any document asserting otherwise is not current. This page lists only certifications verifiable in the issuing agency's directory.
